The best way to achieve great audio quality on a popular medium as we all are aware would have to be the Compact Disc and more recently the introduction of CDR (Recordable CD). The CDR has provided musicians, audio enthusiasts and computer users everywhere the ability to manufacture a CD at home that once could only have been done by expensive equipment housed in an equally expensive CD Plant. There still are the CD plants for obvious reasons to meet the demand for Audio CDs and Computer CD-ROMS around the world. Should you require large quantities of CDs, a CD plant with its ability to stamp out CDs by the thousands, complete with screen-printed label, and packaged as you require is the best solution. As for smaller runs from 10-300 units then the CDR is the best alternative. What is the difference? Nothing audibly or data wise, only in the way they are manufactured.
